Came to Panda Express at 9:10pm on a Friday night.
Yes, we realized we were coming in the last hour, however, when we got to the front of the line they were out of almost all their food and stated they were not making more. They were also giving everyone their food in to-go containers and telling everyone they were closing soon.
The women serving everyone were not friendly and not accommodating at all. Being a person who has worked in restaurants for years I understand the frustration of people coming in at the last minute, but, that's the nature of a restaurant and should be expected.
If you are going to stop making food at 9pm then you should close at 9pm. Also, be friendlier to your customers, they are the reason you are able to work there.
Due to a previous "good" experience I bumped this up to 3 stars. Overall, I would try a different Panda Express location.

Came around dinner time, waited 10-15 mins for orange chicken. They also didn't have 2-3 of the items. And they were also all out of hot sauce. So just come prepared.

I came here yesterday for lunch and ordered some orange chicken and steamed rice. However, I ended up getting something very noticeably different. I believe I got teriyaki chicken with fried rice. It was pretty good (not extraordinary), but I'd rather go somewhere else in the future.

Awful customer service, bigger Hispanic woman taking orders and serving through the drive through was utterly rude for no reason at all. She rushed me through my order constantly asking "what else" before I could even finish what I was saying. Upon arrival at the pick up window, I said good morning once and thank you after receiving my card, drink, and food. Not a single "you're welcome" and a dirty smug look on her face as well as attitude. To top it off, they forgot my a piece of my order; probably due to the fact that she kept asking "what else".

Lunch break at this Panda Express near 72nd off of Dodge. Parking lot is large enough to handle a lunch crowd, plenty of extra spaces at the rear of the business. The line moves quick and items are replaced often. The food quality is above average compared to other Panda Express locations. The staff clear tables when convenient and aren't overly friendly. If you are in a hurry, prefer the drive through window, especially on cold days as this week.
